Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

We offer a standard delivery service on the majority of our products to most UK mainland postcodes.

We aim to deliver most items within 7–10 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some specialist products, made-to-order items, or bulk quantities may require additional time. Please refer to individual product listings for specific lead times.

Delivery usually takes place between 08:00 and 17:00 (Monday–Friday).

 

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available on selected products. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

All express delivery orders must be placed before 12pm the working day prior.

Access & Unloading Requirements

Most of our products are heavy, bulky, and delivered via large vehicles (including side-loading trucks).

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • The delivery address has suitable access for large vehicles

  • You notify us of any access restrictions when placing your order

  • You provide any special delivery instructions at checkout

  • You have suitable equipment or manpower to unload the goods

Drivers are not responsible for moving goods far from the vehicle.

Where products are palletised or particularly heavy, you may require equipment such as a forklift to unload safely. If you are unsure about unloading requirements, you must inform us at the time of ordering.

If alternative delivery arrangements are required due to site restrictions, additional charges may apply.

If delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to access issues not disclosed at the time of ordering, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.

 

Failed Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of goods without valid reason, or fail to provide access during agreed delivery hours, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge a re-delivery fee

  • Withhold further deliveries until the matter is resolved

 
 

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us first:

Returns must not be sent without prior agreement.

 

Condition of Returned Goods

Products must be returned:

  • Unused

  • In “as new” condition

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging (including pallet wrap/banding where applicable)

Returns will not be accepted if products have been:

  • Painted, treated, or chemically altered

  • Cut, customised, or modified

  • Installed or used

 

 

Refunds

Once goods are returned and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly.

Please note:

  • If we arrange collection on your behalf, collection costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Business-to-business orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Verified defective goods will not incur a return or restocking charge.

 

Damaged Returns

Any damage to returned goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

If goods are returned to us damaged:

  • You will be notified once the damage has been identified.

  • No refund will be issued for items returned in a damaged condition.

  • The goods will remain your property.

  • You may arrange collection of the damaged goods at your own cost.

  • Items not collected within 30 days may be disposed of.

If the damage occurred during return transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to submit a claim with their chosen carrier.
